Trouble in the Air?

A significant number of early MacBook Air adopters have been experiencing logic board issues, TFTS reports. These issues have been confirmed for both the 11 in. and 13 in. MacBook Air models and range from vertical green lines in the display to intermittent “Kernel Panics.” Since most of the individual components in the MacBook Air are attached to the logic board, repairing the unit requires the full replacement of the board. Apple has yet to release an official statement about the issue, but many are speculating that they will announce a recall within the next few weeks.
